What we collect and why

Every form above has its own consent checkbox, and we only use what you submit for the purpose stated next to it.

How long we keep it

• Quote requests and contact messages: up to 12 months from your submission, or until you ask us to delete it sooner.
• Job applications and CVs: up to 12 months from submission, so we can consider you for other suitable roles — unless you ask us to delete it sooner, or you're hired, in which case your records move to a separate employment file.
• Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.

Who else sees it

Your personal data is only visible to authorised Rock Metal Works staff through a password-protected admin area. CV files are stored outside the publicly accessible part of our website and can only be downloaded by an authenticated staff member.

Cookies

The public site does not use tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies. A single strictly-necessary cookie keeps staff signed in to the admin area; visitors never receive it.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive a copy in a portable format. You can also withdraw consent at any time, which doesn't affect anything done before that. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details on our Contact page.

If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to Finland's data protection supervisory authority, the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuojavaltuutetun toimisto).
