About Rock Metal Works

Rock Metal Works was founded to close a gap we kept seeing in the industry: companies needing serious engineering and fabrication work also struggled to find the skilled tradespeople to carry it out. We built a company that does both — under one roof, with one point of contact.

Today we work across three connected disciplines: engineering and fabrication projects for marine and industrial clients, a dedicated welding services line for ships, factories, construction sites, housing companies, and homes, and a workforce solutions team that recruits and places industrial talent — including for our own projects.

Our History

• Founded — Rock Metal Works starts as an engineering and fabrication contractor serving marine clients.
• Welding Services launched — a dedicated welding line (TIG, MMA, MIG/MAG, installation & assembly) opens the business to factories, construction sites, housing companies, and homeowners.
• Workforce Solutions launched — recruitment and staffing services begin, placing industrial tradespeople with employers across Finland.
